As a Data Analyst, Aditi builds database automations, ensures data quality, and supports staff in strengthening their technical literacy.

 

Before joining Anthos|Home, Aditi spent 4 years working as a software engineer across both the public and private sectors. They are excited to now focus their technical skills on connecting participants to stable housing. Aditi is passionate about housing equity, particularly for communities that have been historically marginalized.

 

Aditi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Michigan, with a minor in Gender, Race & Nation. Outside of work, they enjoy illustrating, cooking, and spending time in nature.
