Alex Tripp provides administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer and oversees all Human Resources functions for Anthos|Home, from onboarding and benefits to organizational culture, DEIB strategy and systems implementation.  

She previously had a career in musical theater, performing across the country, including in the first national tour of Waitress: The Musical.

Alex holds a B.F.A. from The Hartt School at the University of Hartford.
