Allison Tardio is Senior Development Specialist, where she leads digital communications and supports fundraising and development operations. She oversees the Speakers Bureau, a program that trains program participants to share their lived experience in public and policy spaces. 

Allison came to nonprofit communications through a background spanning digital strategy and public health. Before Anthos|Home, she was Communications Coordinator at Bridge to Enter Advanced Mathematics (BEAM), building the organization’s digital branding strategy and growing its social platforms. Earlier, she served as a Case Investigation Supervisor with the Virginia Department of Health during the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Allison holds a B. A. in art history from Johns Hopkins University.
