Ashley is an Operations Specialist who works closely with the Tenant Coordination and Housing Acquisition teams, submitting voucher and housing applications on behalf of program participants and reviewing broker and property owner documents as the last step in Anthos|Home’s quality assurance process. She also facilitates communications with government agencies and housing providers.

Ashley brings experience in the nonprofit sector with a commitment to creating pathways to housing stability for underserved communities. Her work is driven by a passion for housing justice and informed by an understanding of the systemic barriers that individuals and families face when navigating housing programs. She is particularly interested in how policy shapes access to housing and is committed to being part of solutions that address housing insecurity at both the individual and systems level.

Ashley holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Indiana University.
