Brian Monsalve works directly with program participants to help them navigate each step of the housing process, from referral to move-in. Once tenants are housed, he provides ongoing support that ensures their long-term stability.  

Before joining Anthos|Home, Brian was a case manager at a nonprofit in the Bronx, where he helped clients find safe and affordable apartments and navigate their financial hardships.

Brian earned a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in criminal justice from New Jersey City University.
