Courtney Nelson

Vice President of Housing Acquisition

Courtney Nelson leads the housing acquisition team at Anthos|Home, overseeing outreach to and engagement with housing providers across New York City as well as all functions relating to identifying and securing appropriate housing for program participants.

Before DHS, Courtney was in the tenant resources division at the Department of Housing Preservation and Development, where she streamlined the Section 8 subsidy process for New York’s most vulnerable low-income residents.

She holds a master’s degree in urban planning from Hunter College and a B.A. in urban studies from Queens College. She is currently a participant in CORO Leadership New York.
