D’Andra Lewin is the Supervisor of the Rapid Rehousing Program, which aims to rapidly house homeless NYC youths using a people-first, trauma-informed method of service delivery. Anthos|Home ensures our clients’ stability and provides intensive case management, community referrals, and guidance for them to thrive independently. 

Prior to joining the Anthos Home team, D’Andra served in multiple roles within social services, including Case Manager and Eligibility Analyst. Most recently, she worked as the Rapid Rehousing Coordinator at the YWCA Greenwich for 2 years where the team housed more than 20 families throughout Fairfield County, connected them to long-term housing supports including Section 8, and developed a financial empowerment and literacy program. 

D’Andra is a proud alumna of Delaware State University, where she received a Bachelors in Integrated Studies: Special Education and Spanish.
