Darlene Luna works directly with program participants to help them navigate each step of the housing process, from referral to move-in. Once tenants are housed, she provides ongoing support that ensures long-term stability.  

Darlene has a robust background in case management, counseling and community engagement. She created therapeutic and recreational workshops for families emerging from domestic violence situations. Previously, as a case planner in the Bronx, Darlene counseled individuals and families in one-on-one and family-supportive settings. 

She holds a B.A. in psychology from the City College of New York, where she began her community-building work by curating self-esteem workshops and classes on campus and in Harlem.
