Elsa Rose Farnam works with housing providers to identify and secure appropriate housing for Anthos|Home program participants. 

Before joining Anthos|Home Ella Rose was a member of New Destiny Housing’s landlord engagement team, locating apartments for voucher-holding clients and fostering a network of participating brokers and landlords. She also spent a brief stint in a carbon storage lab at Columbia University.

Elsa Rose holds a bachelor’s degree in urban studies from Barnard College.
