Erick Kapp is a data analyst at Anthos|Home, supporting the organization’s data operations to ensure that the data needs of every department are met.

He started working in the nonprofit sector over 4 years ago when he founded the Education Equity Initiative, which aimed to reduce educational inequity by making educational resources accessible to all students. He strongly believes in the power of data to drive positive social impact and is passionate about making an impact on issues related to housing, education, health, and climate change.

Erick is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Genetics, Cell and Developmental Biology with a minor in Data Science at Arizona State University.
