Jackie Mallon is the Chief Operating Officer at Anthos|Home, where she draws upon more than 20 years of executive leadership experience across the public, non-profit, and private sectors to steer the company’s operational strategy and organizational growth. As COO, Jackie oversees Anthos|Home’s day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams and driving forward-looking initiatives that position the company for sustainable success. 

Prior to joining Anthos|Home, Jackie served as First Deputy Commissioner at the NYC Department of Small Business Services (SBS). In this role, she oversaw programmatic divisions, finance, industry partnerships, strategy/impact, and technology teams. Jackie joined SBS in 2008 and previously served as Deputy Commissioner of Workforce Development and as Assistant Commissioner of Business Development and Strategy. During her tenure, she led the expansion of the Workforce1 Career Center system, launching eight new centers that provided specialized employment services for New Yorkers impacted by Hurricane Sandy, out-of-school/out-of-work youth, and immigrant communities. She also developed the NYC Tech Talent Pipeline, a $10 million public-private partnership designed to grow the city’s tech ecosystem and prepare New Yorkers for 21st-century jobs, then replicated its success in construction, food service/hospitality, and industrial/transportation. 

Before her public service, Jackie spent over two decades in the private sector, most notably serving as Chief Operating Officer at Draft Direct Data Technology Group (acquired by Interpublic Group) and President of Harte-Hanks Direct. She also founded two successful companies – Sydney’s Playground, an award-winning children’s playground and retail business, and The Credo Group, a digital marketing firm later acquired by Tranzact, Inc. 

Jackie holds an MBA from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Rhode Island.
