Jessica Baker works closely with the Tenant Coordination and Housing Acquisition teams, submitting voucher and housing applications on behalf of program participants. She also facilitates communications with government agencies and shelter providers. 

Jessica brings a strong background in quality improvement, compliance, and social services. She has extensive experience in both frontline and systems-level roles, having supported ACS preventive programs and Homebase initiatives. In these positions, she focused on improving documentation, enhancing service delivery, and helping teams meet city and state requirements.

Jessica holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and has a deep interest in leveraging data, equity, and public health to make systems more effective and accessible.
