Kiran Aida is a Youth Support Associate in the Rapid Rehousing program, supporting young adults in becoming financially autonomous as they transition to living independently.

She began her career in the tech industry, operating across both software engineering and non-technical roles at mission-driven startups. After six years, she was drawn to the social justice-oriented nonprofit space, in pursuit of a more values-driven career. She found an exciting opportunity to help mitigate the housing crisis in New York at Anthos|Home.

Kiran earned a B.A. in Linguistics and Computer Science from Columbia University and outside of work volunteers as a crisis hotline responder with the New York City Anti-Violence Project.
