Leticia Hernandez works with housing providers to identify and secure appropriate housing for Anthos|Home program participants. Leticia has spent more than 15 years in the social service field, assisting a range of populations: single adults, seniors, veterans and young adults. To date, she has helped more than 15,000 clients move into permanent housing.

Leticia previously was a Housing Access Manager for Covenant House New York, where she single-handedly developed a housing navigation program for youth; more than 100 vouchers were secured during her tenure at the organization. Before that, she was a Senior Housing Specialist for Children’s Community Services, helping to shelter homeless families in commercial hotels. She has also spent time as a broker’s agent and worked with community-based organizations to establish relationships that enabled families in shelters to gain access to housing vouchers. Leticia began her career as a case manager for a Department of Homeless Services-contracted provider, serving families in a cluster model shelter in the Bronx.

Leticia is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in human services at Monroe College.
