Malika serves as the Tenant Coordination Intake Associate at Anthos|Home, acting as the first point of contact for new tenant referrals.

While living in Western Massachusetts, she deepened her dedication to community-centered work through her involvement with Community Action Pioneer Valley. She is passionate about advancing housing justice, building sustainable communities, and fostering inclusive support systems for underserved populations.

A recent graduate of Smith College, Malika earned her BA with high honors in Environmental Science and Policy.
