Mallika Verghese supports the employees of Anthos|Home working closely with Alex Tripp, Human Resources Generalist through a wide range of HR functions, including labor law compliance, people operations, talent acquisition and management, employee recognition, and engagement initiatives. She also leads efforts to develop a structured internship program and orientations, all with the goal of fostering a positive candidate and employee experience. 

 

Before joining Anthos|Home and the corporate HR field, Mallika built her career in University Residence Life, guiding Resident Assistants and first-year students as they transitioned into young adulthood. 

 

She is deeply committed to creating physically, financially, and emotionally safe and supportive environments while encouraging personal growth and professional development. Her work reflects a belief in helping individuals find both external purpose and internal fulfillment. 

 

Mallika holds an M.A. in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University and a B.A. in Psychology and Human Resources from Rutgers University-New Brunswick. 

 

Outside of work, Mallika likes to paint and read.
