Occhaly Montero works closely with the Tenant Coordination and Housing Acquisition teams, submitting voucher and housing applications on behalf of program participants and reviewing broker and property owner documents as the last step in Anthos|Home’s quality assurance process. She also oversees recertifications and facilitates communications with government agencies and housing providers. 

Occhaly has been a housing specialist and advocate for several years, helping individuals and families navigate the intricacies of housing programs, subsidies and other resources.

She graduated from CUNY York College with a B.S. in marketing.
