Tameka Isaacs works directly with program participants to help them navigate each step of the housing process, from referral to move-in. Once the tenants are housed, she provides ongoing support that ensures long-term stability. 

Tameka has worked for several years in social services with a multitude of populations and has a proven track record of helping individuals find safe and suitable housing solutions. Tameka previously worked at New Destiny Housing as an EHV Housing Navigator and Resource Coordinator. She supported survivors of domestic violence and their families to secure housing with rental subsidies and provided resources to assist participants to maintain housing stability.
