Traci supports Anthos|Home’s housing operations by coordinating repairs, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely inspections and compliance. She documents repairs, maintains accurate data in Salesforce, and works closely with landlords, tenants, and internal teams to keep processes moving efficiently. With strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, she delivers clear, reliable updates to leadership and helps ensure consistent, high-quality service across the organization.

 

Prior to joining Anthos|Home, she built a dynamic career as a results-driven project manager with extensive experience in housing services, security operations, and building management. She is known for streamlining processes, improving client satisfaction, and leading cross-functional teams with clarity and professionalism. Her background includes deep experience in regulatory compliance, safety oversight, and community support, paired with strong program coordination skills and a track record of developing effective strategies that enhance organizational performance and client outcomes.

 

Traci holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Medgar Evers College and an associate degree in Computer Business from Plaza College.
